• Quality control
In order to satisfy the demands of our partners in an optimal way, the quality   of carbon black is controlled continuously by well-trained experts sampling and measuring the carbon black parameters repeatedly.
The tests for iodine number, DBP-absorption number, dust content, humidity, gravimetric density, CTAB absorption, sieve residue, ash content and granulate hardness are conducted in accordance with ASTM standard in a modern laboratory equipped with advanced technology of Taurus Carbonpack Ltd. Following the quality tests consignments will be provided with quality clearance.

• Packaging
In accordance with the clients’ demand carbon black placed in silos can be packed into tank lorries suitable for transporting 20-25 tons of carbon black, into big-bags of 1 and 2 m3 or polyethylene sacks of 20-25 kg. In order to avoid unintentional pollution at handling, packaging of carbon black we use magnetic grid.

• Storing
The storage and conservation of synthetic rubber and pre-packed industrial carbon black separated by grade, packaging method and owner are ensured in  heated storage buildings of about 5000 m2 overall equipped with sprinkler fire extinguisher system. The suitable loading of arriving rubber and packed goods is ensured by the most modern equipment park such as trucks, carriage tractors and mobile loading ramp.
        
• Transporting
The raw materials can be transported to the clients by road and by rail. Our road lorry scale makes easier the road transportation. Our employees having several years of experience are ready to manage the customs affaires of our clients and the organisation of transport. Our products are provided with certificates according to the latest regulations.
